McClatchy’s email newsletter signup pages were never implemented as planned the last time we switched email service providers. I finally had the opportunity to redesign these pages to improve the poor user experience as well as better match them to our design system, since they are hosted externally by our ESP.

I did several rounds of designs in Sketch, then created prototypes and passed those to our UX Researcher so that he could conduct user tests. When the results of the user test come back, I will be responsible for coding the pages using our website design system and sending those to the team that will implement them.
